Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and unused.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return or exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

- Once the return is approved, you will be responsible for sending the item back using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
